Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced (7 years) Executive Personal Assistant to a be the right hand for a busy high-profile individual. This role is predominantly remote but may require travel and in-person assistance as needed.
The right person for the job should be capable of wearing many hats and providing support in both personal and professional levels. Must be discrete, have a “can do” attitude, and be a competent multi-tasker possessing a drive to handle all projects with tact and precision.
The ideal candidate will be adept at managing various tasks in a fast-paced environment and must be comfortable with the demands of working with a high-profile individual.
Job Type: The role will be part time to start with the possibility of going full time based on need.
Hourly Rate: $17.00 – $20.00 an hour
Experience: Personal assistant: 7 years (Preferred), 5 years (Required)
Work Location: Atlanta, GA area
Work authorization: United States (Preferred)
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, managing a heavy calendar and and keeping the executive up to date on appointments, messages, coordinating travel arrangements, and other communications
- Create Weekly Agenda
- Daily and/or weekly reminders for upcoming appointments and coordinate accordingly
- Confirm appointments and location
- Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the CEO, ensuring prompt and professional responses
- Assist with media-related tasks such as organizing press segments, managing written commentary deadlines, and supporting social media activities
- Correspond and communicate (telephone speaking and email written communication skills must be exceptional)
- Develop and maintain effective organizational systems to streamline operations
- Strong working knowledge of social media to help support social media marketing efforts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement strategies
- Assist in preparing for and managing the logistics of the weekly show on YouTube
- Be available for occasional travel to accompany the CEO during business trips or events
- Taking notes during meetings and organizing them for future use and reference
Also, discretion and judiciousness are very important in this role.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience supporting high profile individuals
- Demonstrate a high degree of integrity, loyalty, and security measures regarding all confidential matters
- Must be extremely detail oriented
- Highly Organized
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Tech-savvy and experience with word processing and email programs (Google & Microsoft)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience with TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, ChatGP, AI usage as well.
- Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours when required.
Candidate must be flexible with their schedule and be comfortable handling last minute requests depending on the days.
