Body shop estimators identify and document necessary body repair damage, schedule body repair work to be performed and work with insurance companies to manage customer claims. Estimators provide regular communication throughout the day with customers as well as with the Collision Center staff to ensure customer satisfaction and productivity within the shop.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in the estimating/body shop/automotive field
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Willing to submit to a background check
Strong communication - both written and verbal
Confidence to handle high volume work load
Strong organizational and computer skills
Responsibilities:
Schedule appointments with customers; enter in accurately to Production Calendar.
Work with customers, repair blue printer and technicians to identify required repair work.
Offer additional services and repairs to customers (Written estimate on UPD).
Compute costs of replacement parts and labor for repair work necessary to restore customer vehicles.
Dispatch paperwork to the production manager and maintain organized workload.
