Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound sales activities.
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate leads and drive sales.
- Manage sales processes from lead generation to closing deals.
- Collaborate with dealership partners to maximize sales opportunities.
- Utilize effective sales management techniques to achieve targets.
- Assist in inventory control and management.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a dealership or similar setting.
- Strong proficiency in Spanish; bilingual proficiency is a plus.
- Knowledge of inventory control practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated success in outbound sales and meeting sales targets.
