Administrative Project Coordinator
Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Brooklyn, Cavalry Management LLC is a full-service design and expediting firm with in-house Architects, Engineers, and Expeditors that specialize in obtaining approvals and permits for NYC construction projects. Cavalry is seeking a detailed-oriented, customer service focused Administrative Project Coordinator to join the Project Management team. This opportunity is best suited for those with a drive to get things done and a commitment to following processes. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong self-management, planning and organization skills to balance workload, and conflicting priorities, ability to see the big picture and understand what is necessary to accomplish the work, and a drive to work through challenges and achieve despite obstacles. This fast-paced role is based in our Brooklyn office.
