Senior Manager Enterprise Systems

As we continue to expand our operations and embracetechnological advancements, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SeniorManager of Enterprise Systems to join our dynamic team. The idealcandidate has the demonstrated ability to provide overall direction andeffectively manage information technology and computing systems/softwareassociated with enterprise systems. They should also be capableof evaluating complex business and technical requirements, while formulateclear, concise documentation. Successful candidates will be strongteam players, ability to work independently, and have experience managingpeople. Experience in the retail industry, Master Data Management and BusinessProcess Modeling is a plus.

What You’ll Do:

  • Play critical role in overseeing the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of our organization’s enterprise-wide systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage system integration projects, and ensure the optimal performance and security of our technology infrastructure
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise systems strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objects
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for technology driven improvements and innovation
  • Lead and mentor a team of skilled professionals responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise systems
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, promoting continuous learning and development
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise-wide system integration projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
  • Work closely with project teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Evaluate, select, and implement cutting-edge technologies to enhance enterprise system capabilities
  • Ensure the seamless integrations of new systems with existing infrastructure and applications
  • Implement monitoring tool and processes to proactively identify and address performance issues in enterprise systems
  • Continuously assess and optimize system performance to meet or exceed defined service level agreements
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity and engineering teams to establish and enforce security and technology protocols for enterprise systems and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
  • Oversee and manage contracts, budgets and vendors associated with Enterprise Systems
  • Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in timely manner including root cause analysis
  • Ensure work is completed in such a way to comply with established IT processes and internal controls (i.e. change management, production control, following standards, architecture review, incident response, PCI and PII information security, etc.)
  • Lead teams to accomplish priorities and initiatives with the impact for the guest in mind

The Qualifications:

  • Proven working experience in a leadership role overseeing enterprise systems in a complex organization
  • Ability to mentor and lead training sessions on software applications for end users of all skill sets
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills and knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
  • Expertise in data integrations
  • Proven ability to assess complex business requirements and to lead requirements and design definition sessions to facilitate the development of effective business solutions
  • Proven ability to write comprehensive, clear, and concise business requirements documents and user stories
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, system integration and emerging technologies and the ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Ability to communicate verbally to technical and non-technical audiences and at all levels of the organization
  • Solid understanding of Business Process Modeling
  • Detail-oriented mindset, Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Solid knowledge of Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio)
  • Adherence to change management and documentation standards
  •  Retail, ERP and/or HRIS software experience preferred (i.e. Back-Office Systems, NetSuite, UKG)
  • Some experience with SQL and relational database concepts

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to maintain stationary position to be able to operate acomputer and other office equipment
  • Must be able to identify, analyze and assess details
  • For certain positions, must be able to occasionally move ortransport items up to 50 pounds 
  • Ability to communicate with others and exchange informationaccurately and effectively
  • Constantly positions self and move about to support ordinaryrestaurant or food production support or office operations, as applicable
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safemanner
