Job Summary:
We are seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality, food service management, and customer service. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure the smooth operation of the establishment.
Duties:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations
- Supervise staff and ensure high levels of customer service
- Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain quality standards
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Support in financial management, including budgeting and cost control
Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or related field
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation
- Proven track record in customer service excellence
- Experience in assisting with staff training and development
- Familiarity with hotel or culinary environments is a plus
