The Title:

CAVA is looking for anexperienced Senior Endpoint Engineer with proven experience in modernendpoint management platforms and security to join our team. This role will beresponsible for the development, implementation, and management of a secure, standardizedclient and mobility environment. The idealcandidate must function as a subject matter expert for endpoint management andprovide escalation support for complex endpoint issues.

WhatYou’ll Do:

• Own and provide maintenance of CAVA’sendpoint environment including patching, application packaging and deployment
• Establisha patch management cadence, protocol and ensure all endpoints are consistentlyupdated to mitigate potential threats
• Activelyresearch, recommend, and implement improvements to our existing infrastructureand processes to improve efficiency and security.
• Conductroot cause analyses for escalated client issues todevelop and implement long-term solutions and system enhancements
• Design,test, validate and implement large scale, enterprise endpoint solutions,including device configurations, operating system deployments, and softwaredistribution
• Documentsystem configurations, deployment processes, and changes within the environment
• Partnerwith the CAVA IT Security Team to develop and maintain endpoint securitystandards in line with CAVA’s security policies and best practices
• Createstandardized client configurations, including operating systems and software,ensuring deployment feasibility with both new and existing hardware
• Overseethe deployment, management, and administration of endpoint management platformssuch as Microsoft InTune for endpoints using Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android.
• Ensurethat all endpoints are compliant with licensing, security patches, and companypolicies
• Hostregular sessions with internal teams to disseminate knowledge of technologiesand best practices
• Leadendpoint-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with businessobjectives
• Abideby policies and procedures that support the service mindset
• Managetimeline expectations within and across teams, deliver on our responsibilitiesaccordingly
• Earnthe trust of Team Members and Managers by consistently embracing CAVA’s values

The Qualifications:

• Minimumof 5 years of experience with demonstrated success as an IT Endpoint Engineer providinga track record of driving change and fostering innovation
• Extensiveknowledge of and hands-on experience with Endpoint Management Platforms (ex.Microsoft InTune or similar)
• Proficiencywith Group Policy, Active Directory, Edge for Enterprise, Kiosk management, Azureand Modern Workplace/AutoPilot deployment
• Proventrack record of supporting endpoint environments and vulnerability managementprocesses, including patching, as well as application packaging and deployment.
• Proficiencywith scripting in batch and PowerShell
• In-depthunderstanding of Windows operating systems and networks
• Provenability to research, develop, and test complex solutions independently
• Strongknowledge of systems, networking, security software and client hardware
• Excellentcollaboration, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability toexplain complex technical concepts effectively to both technical andnon-technical stakeholders
• Demonstratedability to take ownership of systems and projects, consistently deliveringhigh-quality outcomes
• Occasionaltravel required
• Bachelor’sdegree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering or a related fieldpreferred
• MicrosoftMCP/MCSE, ITIL or other IT-related certifications preferred.
