Job Overview:
Causeway Marine is currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as Yard Help/Boat Transporter. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks in our yard, including but not limited to boat transportation, maintenance, cleaning, and general upkeep. This role requires someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Safely transport boats to and from the water using trailers and other equipment.

- Assist with launching and retrieving boats.

- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment.

- Keep the yard clean and organized.

- Assist customers with loading and unloading their boats.

- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

- Experience towing trailers preferred.

- Ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed.
