- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely replenishment
- Implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and performance expectations
- Assist in creating employee schedules and managing payroll
- Maintain store appearance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in employee recruitment, orientation, and training processes
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies for improving store performance
