Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our business. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about retail and has strong leadership skills.

Duties:
- Supervise and motivate a team of retail sales associates
- Interview and hire new team members
- Train and develop employees on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with pricing, buying, and selling decisions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist with scheduling and time management for the team
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and goals
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Experience:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting
- Strong knowledge of retail sales principles and practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to effectively lead and manage a team
- Proficient in math for inventory management and cash handling
- Experience in training development is a plus
