Hospitality and order are some of the hallmarks of living and being a Eucharistic community. This position is responsible for organizing the parish front office, the other receptionists, and managing the parish ministries, sacramental records, offertory records and the needs through the use of the phone, mail & deliveries and the coordination of parish information. You will be asked to assist in other administration tasks to support the pastor/parish office. The position is 32 hours a week, Monday through Friday with a flexible day off each week that will be determined.
QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma - Experience working in a relaxed professional office setting - Strong computer skills (Word/Excel) - Highly motivated - Multitasker with great communication skills in person and over the telephone - Being able to work independently.
