We are a group of only 125 dedicated people, committed to improving the quality of life for those in need by providing comprehensive social and human services. We provide services in southeastern Massachusetts and Cape Cod with the goal of helping our clients gain long-term stability. We are conveniently located in Hyannis, MA.

St. Joseph’s House is a DHCD-funded individual emergency overnight shelter program for men and women facing a housing crisis. The main focus of the shelter program is to help individuals achieve successful placement into stable housing.

Our new Shelter Case Manager will connect our clients with resources available within the community to help them with:

• accessing housing resources on the Cape,
• life-skills,
• job coaching
• financial empowerment training
• assist clients obtaining their documentation

Our Shelter Case Manager will have the ability to make a direct impact on the lives of others.

Qualifications include:

• Effective communicator
• Excellent administrative and organization skills
• Bi-lingual helpful
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.
• A reliable ensured vehicle, good driving record and valid driver’s license
• Commitment to integrity, excellence, and the highest standards of ethics
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Associates degree helpful, but not required. Experience with housing resources or housing assistance corporation on the Cape, or human services field helpful. We can train!

What We Can Give in Return…

$21 - $24/hour, Set Schedule - Days - Flexibility on Work Hours - 8am - 4pm, 9am - 5pm
