We provide services in southeastern Massachusetts and Cape Cod with the goal of helping our clients gain long-term stability. We are conveniently located in Hyannis, MA away from the heavily travelled commuting routes, ith a new state of the art shelter opening in the near future in Attleboro, MA.
Our New Case Manager will be working on our State Opioid Response Program – Rapid Rehousing Program (SOR-RRH). Pending eligibility, participants are provided rental assistance, and much more.
Our new Case Manager will report directly to the Program Manager and fill the vital role for our SOR-RRH program, which covers Bristol County, and . In this key role:
· Majority of the work is done by computer and phone
· Perform intake calls based on a pre-set list of questions
· Collect documentation from clients
· Determine program eligibility
· Conduct housing searches
· Create monthly budgets

What You Bring to The Table
· Associates degree helpful, but not required (New Grads welcome!)
· Data entry experience
· Experience in a human service related field, housing helpful, but not required
· Personal accountability for the quality of work
· Excellent organizational and communication skills
· Computer proficient in Microsoft Outlook.
· A reliable ensured vehicle, good driving record and valid driver’s license
· Commitment to integrity, excellence, and the highest standards of ethics
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
