CCLI is looking for a Bilingual Office Receptionist with a generous heart and a desire to contribute to the well-being of others to carry out our mission on Long Island. By joining our team, you will share in the joy of providing “care with dignity and life with hope.”

Responsibilities:

• Greet and direct clients and visitors; manage a volume of telephone and in-person inquiries regarding eligibility for services.
• Schedule appointments, maintain confidential client files, and develop logs and reports using Excel.
• Translate and interpret client communication.
• Record financial transactions and complete bank deposits.

Qualifications:

• HS diploma/GED;
• 1-3 years of office experience.
• Bilingual capability in Spanish/English.
• 1-2 years of Microsoft Office experience.
• Demonstrated organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate tactfully and remain calm with visitors or callers who present a variety of needs.
• Ability to form productive relationships with agency staff across all programs.
