Catholic Charities - Diocese of Rockford is seeking a Master's level clinician, preferably licensed (LCPC or LCSW), to provide counseling for individuals, couples,and families in our community counseling office.
The ideal candidate will be flexible and organized, possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, and be able to function professionally, ethically and independently. He or she will be able to assess clinical need and respond therapeutically and effectively to the diverse and unique needs of our clients.
Participate in clinical supervision, training and professional development; complete all documentation and work as a liaison with parishes, schools and community agencies to identify and respond to emerging, or shifting needs for clinical services in the communities we serve.
Candidates must be Catholics in good standing, whose professional work is informed by principles of Catholic Social Teaching: Dignity of the Human Person, the Common Good, Solidarity and Subsidiarity.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
Possess valid Illinois driver's license.
