Job description
Catawba Valley Healthcare seeks a full time qualified professional with at least two year’s experience to work as part of a Psycho-social Clubhouse. based out of Hickory NC. This position will be responsible for maintaining person-centered plans and linking members with community resources. The person hired will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and would be responsible for helping organize and manage the work-ordered day needs of the Clubhouse and to help support members obtain vocational and education goals.
Must meet Qualified Professional criteria to include bachelor degree in human services and 4 years experience with SPMI population
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 per year
