We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Analyst to support the Asset Management team by providing complex analytical, due diligence, modeling, and integration support for project reviews and platform integration across the commercial and industrial solar and battery storage market segment.
You Are:

You Will:
  • Create/review financial model revenues to confirm/establish project returns
  • Conduct due diligence practices on modeling assumptions and variables and prepare communications for senior leadership to present key variances.
  • Collaborate with our Asset Manager lead, Finance, and Development teams to ensure modeling, valuations, and expectations with technology platforms to support long-term goals
  • Participate in various phases of the project life cycle to understand the strategic objectives of Catalyze, help develop valuation and integration criteria, identify development and operational synergies, and create key performance indicators to achieve deal valuation expectations
  • Proficiently utilize REenergyze, Tableau, NetSuite, Excel, and Google Sheets
  • Comfortably manage multiple competing priorities on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy
  • Develop and review third-party invoicing templates
  • Produce and review project performance metrics and reports
  • Create procedures to assist Catalyze meet all contract compliance requirements
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses for VP of Asset Management and Finance as needed
  • Interface with vendors, market entities, and support third-party transactions.
  • Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports and investigate PV variances
You Bring to the Team:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, Accounting, or related field
  • 3 years of similar work experience; 2 years of experience in the renewable energy industry preferred
  • Hands on experience running large data sets in Tableau and Excel (Tableau Certification is preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to organize and present ideas in a concise, credible, and professional manner to various stakeholder groups
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% of the time
