Position Summary
The Sales Director’s role is to drive sales growth for the company. Responsibilities include developing key sales growth strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. You will be responsible for developing a robust opportunity funnel, identifying target customers, and articulating the value proposition of the product. You are also responsible for assessing customer requirements and representing those needs to advocate for new product features. The ideal candidate will be a driving force (“Hunter” sales persona) in the success of the company’s goals and objectives through achieving and exceeding individual sales quota.
