Mission:
The Office Administrator is responsible for ensuring the efficient and smooth day-to-day operations within the office. This role is crucial in supporting the finance department and handling incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Maintain an organized and efficient office environment by managing supplies, scheduling meetings, and coordinating office events.
  • Phone Handling: Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously, ensuring that all messages are relayed accurately and efficiently.
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the finance department, including data entry, filing, and assisting with financial reports and documents.
  • Customer Service: Enhance the overall customer experience by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Documentation: Ensure all office documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and filed appropriately.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or relevant role.
  • Bilingual
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Office Administrator or Secretary will be a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
