Job Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with a passion for serving farmers and supporting agriculture to join our team. The ideal candidate will have farm experience, a positive attitude, and great attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients scheduling routine and emergency veterinary care
- Communicate effectively with clients both in the office and on the phone
- Coordinate appointments and provide information on services offered
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in inventory management, stocking product, and general cleaning

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Familiarity with animal husbandry or farming is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently
- No expectation to have existing veterinary knowledge, we will provide necessary training
