Handle the parts receiving and posting process from start to finish, order parts with ETA when necessary, develop and maintain relationships with parts vendors, manage parts returns and credits, and keep up on organization and cleanliness of all parts areas.
Must have good work ethic, work quickly and efficiently, and be willing to work hard in a team environment to contribute to the success of the whole shop.
Responsibilities : Sign for invoices, mark all parts as received, check-in and mirror match parts, post parts invoices correctly, manage sublets, and communicate with vendors on part ETAs, wrong parts, returned parts, etc.
Maintain consistent flow of parts areas. Attend daily release meeting to provide status on parts for each job in the shop.
Schedule : Monday thru Friday 7 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm with an hour lunch, hours may vary depending on workload
