We are currently seeking a Warranty Service Rep

As a member of the North American Warranty Services team this role will play in integral role to customer satisfaction because once our products reach a customer’s hands, they’ll find they’ve purchased more than just confidence inspiring quality. They have also received an amazing team of outdoor enthusiasts who are here to provide support and administer a worldwide warranty and repair program that’s second to none.

You will be key to our customer's satisfaction with our product, providing solutions whether you're guiding them through how to repair their sleeping pad at home, changing out a snowshoe strap, or starting them on a warranty on their tent. You’ll clear away troubles so our customers can get back outside!

The ideal person should have 1-3 years of experience in a high paced customer service atmosphere.

To be effective in this role, this individual must have a passion for identifying solutions to customer needs, experience in supporting customers through email, phone and other sources as well as proficient computer skills.

This position is based at our US Headquarters in Reno, NV.

Position duties / responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for our wide range of outdoor products for our Customers, Retailers, and Dealers via phones and online inquiries.
• Troubleshoot product issues, evaluate warranty claims and process orders for our Repair Shop.
• Order replacement parts for individual customer and for Outdoor Retailers
• Cross train with our Repair shop to gain a better understanding of the full scope of our services and product.

Candidate requirements:

• Experienced in supporting customers through email, phone, and other sources.
• You’re adept at asking clarifying questions to understand customer needs and identify solutions.
• You’re an empathetic listener and passionate advocate for customers.
• You’ve got a passion for a Life Outside!
• High School diploma - preferred
