- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, to create and maintain shipping/receiving documents, invoices, and correspondence.
- Generate reports and analyze data to track shipment/receipt metrics and performance indicators.
- Collaborate closely with the customer service team to ensure timely and accurate communication with customers regarding order status, shipping updates, and any inquiries or concerns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and addressing any issues or requests promptly and professionally.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies or disputes related to shipments, invoices, or deliveries, working closely with internal teams and external partners as needed.
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive communication and efficient problem-solving.
- Manage shipping and receiving paperwork, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders, as necessary, to schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Communicate proactively with customers to provide updates on order status and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Maintain electronic and physical records of shipments, receipts, and inventory levels.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and production, to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in implementing solutions.
- Adhere to all relevant safety regulations and company policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in supply chain management is a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems.
- Lift up to 25-50lbs occasionally

- This is a warehouse position inside a warm and dry facility.
- This position requires work in a warehouse roasting facility that requires constant standing on concrete floors, exposed to loud equipment noise and subject to coffee dust strong odors.
- Personal protection equipment and other Good Manufacturing Practices are mandatory.
- Regular attendance and promptness are required for this position.
- Some work may be required outside of the normal work week.
