We are looking for receptionists to join our team that love people and are detail oriented. We are a woman owned business that has been doing business in Cary for over 25 years. We are opened by appointment only and are completely closed on Sundays!

We are a simple facility with a focus on providing high-quality massage therapy for our clients to relieve their stress and pain. We provide Massage Therapy, Body Treatments, and Facials.

Our receptionist team works together to:

• Provide exceptional customer service including under pressure
• Schedule client appointments via our waiting list, phone, text, and email
• Reschedule clients as needed due to therapist availability
• Learn to describe the services offered
• Filter new clients to make sure we offer the services requested
• Check clients in and out for their appointments including paperwork and rescheduling
• Administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing therapist files
• Effective communication with clients and other team members
• Ensure the office is opened and closed on time
• Keep the office clean, organized, and peaceful for our clients
• Cleaning duties including dusting, stocking, sanitizing, trash, restrooms, and massage rooms. Bending and stooping done repetitively.
• Complete daily checklist
• Ability to work independently or with a team
• Complete other duties as assigned

Monday | 8:30am-9:00pm

Tuesday | 8:30am-9:00pm

Wednesday | 8:30am-5:00pm

Thursdays | 8:30pm-9:00pm

Friday | 8:30am-9:00pm

Saturday | 8:30am-6:00pm (2 per month unless more is preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
