LOOKING FOR DISHWASHER
This job is being posted on behalf of CARVINGBLOCK, an Epicurean Maison, much like a fashion house based in Los Angeles. We are a culinary creative agency that works through a variety of mediums with a hospitality lens. Within the hospitality space, we operate on various levels. To provide some insight into our scope, we represent approximately 60 restaurant brands and chefs throughout LA, SF, and NYC. Additionally, we handle all culinary talent production and programming for festivals such as Coachella, Family Style Food Fest, MAMA Night Market, and the James Beard Foundation. Furthermore, we serve as a culinary consigliere for brands such as Amazon Studios, Prada, REVOLVE, and Aperol.

This project we are sourcing talent/service for is for Coachella. This year, we are collaborating with Aperol to create a custom VIP dining experience. In short, Aperol has built out an Italian-inspired restaurant buildout for both weekends of Coachella that will activate for a limited time each evening to serve a limited number of guests.

Since this is such a high-end operation, we have been sourcing service talent for the past month or so. We are looking for people within the hospitality space who are extremely skilled at what they do, as we view you as talent in this sense because you are that good. Our team will need a great BOH dishwasher who can operate at a high level and keep things organized within a tight space. The team we are bringing on board for this all come from well-established restaurants throughout LA, so we are very excited to have you onboard if you’re available.
*All travel, food, and accomodations are being paid for* We ideally need you for two weekends at Coachella so the dates are as follows

• Weekend 1: April 10th (Travel Day to Coachella), 11th (walkthrough day), 12th, 13th, 14th (Drive home after service)
• Weekend 2: April 17th (Travel Day to Coachella), 18th (walkthrough day), 19th, 20th, 21st (Drive home after service)
