Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of lawns, gardens, and outdoor spaces, including laying mulch, driveway rock jobs, and yard clean-ups.

As an employee of Carteret Lawn Care, LLC you are expected to show up on time, professionally dressed with a coherent state of body and mind ready to work what ever job is scheduled or may be added throughout the day. Employees are responsible for their own personal well-being, food, and safety on the job. Employees must also be ready to work earlier or later as the jobs may vary, as well as being able to work by themselves or as a team. High quality professionalism must be elicited on the job at all times from attire and behavior to verbal responses and quality of service.

Duties:

- Perform regular lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, blowing, and trimming

- Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides to promote healthy growth

- Prune trees, shrubs, and hedges to maintain their shape and health

- Plant flowers, trees, and other greenery to enhance the landscape

- Operate power tools and equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers

- Use hand tools for precision work such as pruning shears and shovels

- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in lawn care or groundskeeping preferred, but on-site training is available.

- Familiarity with power tools used in lawn maintenance

- Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions

- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within deadlines
