```Duties```
- Conduct sales activities to generate leads and close deals
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilize effective sales techniques, such as upselling and cross-selling, to maximize sales opportunities
- Communicate product information and benefits to customers in a clear and persuasive manner
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a regular basis
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for achieving sales objectives
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively communicate in multiple languages, including Spanish, is a plus
- Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems to track leads and manage customer interactions
- Proven track record of success in outside sales or automotive sales is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong negotiation and closing skills

Pay: $41,235.00 - $61,524.00 per year
