Customer Service Candidate Requirements:
Job Description
- Must possess a High School diploma.
- 4 years previous Customer Service experience.
- Type a minimum of 45 wpm.
- Efficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Must possess strong Data Entry skills as every call is logged into our CRM program.
- Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to details.
- Must be a team player with a professional and pleasant personality.
- Must enjoy working with the public and answering approx. 200-250 calls and emails a day.
- Mechanical background and or trailer knowledge a plus.
- Data Pro, Olark, Bazaarvoice and Sugar CRM program knowledge a plus.
- Work Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00
