Requirements
- 5 plus years of survey experience in survey project management
- Experience working with Autodesk Civil 3D
- PA PLS license required; NJ PLS license also preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
- Involvement in every aspect of plan preparation and production
- Training field crews, technicians, and support staff
- Manage and perform survey projects, including ALTA, boundary and topographic surveys, utility and roadway projects and construction stakeout
- Quality control of survey plans and documents
- Various calculations to support field personnel
- Meet regularly with clients to ensure projects are performed on budget and on schedule
- Title report review and compliance
- Identifying problems and providing solutions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
