Carroll Engineering is Hiring a Land Surveyor Near Warrington, PA

Requirements

  • 5 plus years of survey experience in survey project management
  • Experience working with Autodesk Civil 3D
  • PA PLS license required; NJ PLS license also preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Goal oriented and highly organized
  • Self-motivated, team player

Responsibilities

  • Involvement in every aspect of plan preparation and production
  • Training field crews, technicians, and support staff
  • Manage and perform survey projects, including ALTA, boundary and topographic surveys, utility and roadway projects and construction stakeout
  • Quality control of survey plans and documents
  • Various calculations to support field personnel
  • Meet regularly with clients to ensure projects are performed on budget and on schedule
  • Title report review and compliance
  • Identifying problems and providing solutions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
