Your Role as GIS Manager:

As our GIS Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of developing and implementing GIS solutions across the company. With your deep understanding of ESRI ArcGIS technology and passion for geospatial science, you’ll lead a team dedicated to transforming data into actionable insights for our clients and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business development efforts to expand GIS services throughout Carroll Engineering.
• Present innovative GIS solutions to clients and colleagues, enhancing our offerings and reputation.
• Develop and oversee business proposals and scopes of work, ensuring the success and growth of the GIS department.
• Lead the research, procurement, and management of municipal datasets, particularly focusing on underground utility networks.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in GIS, with proven management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, Planning, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Expertise in ESRI ArcGIS technology and applications, with coding experience in Python, SQL, or similar.
• Exceptional communication skills, a detail-oriented approach, and the ability to lead and inspire a team.
