Department: Conference Services

Duties and Responsibilities: Assist the Conference Services staff with duties such as answering phones, replying to emails, assisting conference guests, set up and tear down of events, updating calendars and assisting in the day-to-day happenings of the Conference Services office. Successful applicant must have experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Gmail, additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:Data entry ability and knowledge of basic office procedures. Must be organized and have good time management skills. Must be flexible, reliable and have the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Approximate Hours/Week:10 hrs/week

Wage Rate:$11.50/hr
