Summary:

The Staff Pad is honored to partneredwith a non-profit healthcare system in Helena, Montana with superior care and ahometown commitment to be the gold standard for health care in Montana This position demonstrates knowledge of the nursingprocess as a standard, incorporating elements of holistic family centered carethrough the collection, verification and organization of data about a patient’shealth status, planning for care, implementation of the plan andevaluation. Provides direct patient care in the clinical setting underthe direction of the Administrative Manager, Unit Director, and the ChargeNurse. Performs detailed and accurate assessments of patients andcompletes documentation in a timely and accurate manner according to hospitalpolicy and regulatory requirements. Works well with other departments,peers, co-workers, and physicians in a teamwork environment.
