Responsibilities/Duties:

1. Manage overall account relationships for existing and new customers to ensure excellent customer service during discovery, sales and aftersales service and maintenance of the account.
2. Partner with other sales professionals regionally to orchestrate an account sales strategy and achieve global and/or regional growth.
3. Obtain sales by working with HVAC Carrier teams, consulting engineers, mechanical contractors, plant managers, government representatives; and assist in project design, specifications, and selections towards both the customer's and Carrier's best interests.
4. Achieve annual sales and profit goals for Institutional multinational or large regional customers.
5. Analyze customer needs with respect to several alternate solutions using Carrier's products/services.
6. Establish and develops estimates, quotations, and bids for new and existing customers.
7. Service the customer after the sale and during installations/service to ensure satisfaction and to promote future business.
8. Responsible for consistently planning effective sales activities.

Education

4-Year Degree in a technical field (Mechanical Engineering Major preferred), or 6 years of HVAC sales or customer service experience

• You must be creative, self-motivated, tenacious, ambitious, enthusiastic, and have a strong interest in sales or marketing.
• Prior work experience and/or internship experience in sales or marketing is a plus.
• Prior knowledge/experience in the HVAC industry and/or distribution is a plus.
