About this role

We have an opportunity for a Warranty Administrator to join our team in Athens GA. The Warranty Administrator will take responsibility to review and process warranty claims, compile data and assist departments with reports.

This is a remote role for someone based preferable in Athens GA.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process warranty claims
• Ensure that company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications are met
• Work with the Dealer network employees to confirm that the required information is included in the warranty claim(s)
• Assist Dealer network employees with questions related to warranty coverage of the Transicold product lines
• Compile reports and assist other internal departments with reporting

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1 year of experience warranty administration

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient in the use of Salesforce and Microsoft Office
• Attention to detail
• Enthusiasm toward and ability to solve problems
• English verbal and written communication skills
• Interpersonal skills
