Carriage Court of Grove City is seeking a Receptionist to join our team!
As our Receptionist, you will have the unique opportunity to provide an optimal first impression and experience for all visitors in our Community.
Responsibilities:

• Maintains telecommunications system, including screening and directing incoming calls, and taking messages.
• Greets and interacts with residents, families, staff, visitors, vendors, and state officials and direct them to appropriate individuals.
• Assist the Executive Director and other Community employees with tasks, as assigned, in compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, and corporate requirements.

Education/Experience:

• High School graduate with 2–3 years office reception experience or equivalent.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook and QuickBooks desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
