Description

· Maintain assigned caseload of weekly billable insurance hours.

· Participating in the person-centered planning process.

· Providing direct home-based behavioral health services and supports, including therapy for the family.

· Providing direct services for the family as indicated in the Person-Centered Plan.

· Assisting the team leader in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions as evidenced by symptom reduction and progress toward goals.

· Assisting the team leader with consulting identified non-medical providers, engaging community and natural supports and including their input in the person-center/ed planning process.

· Ensure that all information obtained while at Carolina Therapeutic Services is kept confidential and will remain confidential beyond employment.

Ensure confidentiality training is updated. 

-This role will require availability in the on-call rotation for 24/7, 365 days per year coverage. 

-Must maintain the flexibility to respond to client needs in crisis situations beyond the agency's normal working hours. 

-Occasional travel will happen between North side (2715 N. Central Ave. 3801 W. North Ave.) and South side (56 E. 47th St.) office.

Requirements

· Certified Recovery Support Specialist certification (CRSS) required upon hire.

· High School diploma (additional 5 years’ mental health experience required) at minimum, Master's level preferred

· Human service field with completion of full-time, post-graduate degree accumulated MH/DD/SA experience with the population served, or a substance abuse professional with completion of full-time, post-graduate degree accumulated supervised experience in alcoholism and drug abuse counseling. Supervision shall be provided by a qualified professional with the population served until the individual meets one year of experience.

· Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree in a human service field with completion of full-time, post-bachelor's degree accumulated MH/DD/SA experience with the population served, or a substance abuse professional with completion of full-time, post-bachelor's degree accumulated supervised experience in alcoholism and drug abuse counseling,

· One-year documented experience in the delivery of mental health treatment to children and /or adolescents.
