Carolina School Services is Hiring an Office Manager Near Wake Forest, NC

Carolina School Services is a student-centric therapy company providing vertically integrated therapy support services for Exceptional Children’s programs throughout the state of North Carolina. Carolina School Services is seeking a highly organized and detail oriented individual with a desire to help the business grow efficiently. The ideal candidate enjoys working on various tasks within the business, is an independent thinker, and problem solver.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and develop hiring and onboarding processes of new contractors

- Onboarding processes for new clients

- Develop and implement policies and procedures

- Maintain bi-weekly contractor timesheets and work with staff as needed

- Maintain other office, medical, and staff records as needed

- Manage web content, ads, and social profiles as needed

- Provide administrative support to staff as needed

- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

- Research and implement new technology resources

- Maintain high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks

Requirements:

- Strong ability to problem solve and handle ambiguous tasks

- Proven experience in office management or a similar role

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Self-guided learner

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys the ability to perform different tasks, is comfortable with taking an idea or problem and providing a solution, is eager to continually learn and grow, and enjoys working with and helping others.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
