Our office offers the latest in orthodontic technology, all designed to provide our patients with the best orthodontic treatment and experience possible. Our team consists of caring, highly trained professionals who are ready to provide exceptional service for each patient.

Responsibilities

As a Front Office staff member, you play an important role in our office and perform a wide range of responsibilities, to include:

• Schedule patient appointments and manage a busy schedule.
• Confidently and compassionately answer patient's questions and concerns.
• Assist with answering calls while balancing in-person interactions. 
• Greet and check patients in and out, before and after treatment.
• Document and file pertinent information in electronic patient records. 
• Provide superb customer service while checking patients in and out.

* Rotating shifts between our offices is required.
