We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick and growing environment. As an inside sales rep you will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer acquisition and appointment setting objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with in our customer relationship management system, qualifying prospects, communicating with customers via phone, email and sms/mms.

Responsibilities

  • Understand Customer Needs and Project Requirements
  • Qualify and Set New Opportunities Through Inbound Leads
  • Achieve Daily, Weekly and Monthly Quotas as an Individually and as a Team
  • Maintain and Update the Customer Database of Prospects and Customers

Skills

  • At Least 2 years of Proven Inside Sales Experience or College preferable but not mandatory
  • Track Record of Over-Achieving Set Goals and/or Quota
  • Strong Phone Presence and Dialing Experience
  • Experience Working with LeadPerfection or similar CRM preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communications Skills
  • Strong Listening and Presentation Skills
  • Ability to Multi-ask, Prioritize, and Manage Time Effectively

Salary: From $18.00 per hour plus a bi-weekly bonus of up to $600
