Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive medical services.

Responsibilities:

- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with procedures

- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive measures

- Document patient information, including medical history, symptoms, and treatment plans

- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making necessary adjustments to care plans as needed

- Assist in the coordination of patient referrals and consultations with other healthcare providers

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse

- Experience in addiction medicine is preferred

- Proficiency in medical systems such as Athenahealth is a plus

- Knowledge of medical imaging procedures and interpretation is desirable

- Familiarity with tube feeding techniques and administration is an asset

- Experience with dermal fillers or cosmetic procedures is advantageous

Qualifications:

- Valid Registered Nurse license in SC

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred

- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current healthcare practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
