The Carmella Walter Allstate Agency in Surfside Beach is looking for a detail-oriented, professional, and friendly individual to join our team as a Full-Time Insurance Sales Representative. As an established agency in our community for over 35 years, we are looking to grow our team through the addition of a motivated, eager, and people-oriented top performer. We pride ourselves on our positive work environment, strong relationships with our clients, and we know that with your positive attitude and welcoming demeanor, you will be the perfect fit for this role. 

Each day you will be responsible for tending to a mix of warm leads and new prospects, working to build strong relationships with our clients to ensure that they are protected from a wide variety of risks.

An active Property & Casualty License is not required to apply, however a $500 incentive bonus is available if obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities


Cold Calling/Telephone Prospecting - minimum 50 calls a day with 15 quotes provided

Close Sales - bind minimum 2 policies per day

Relationship building

Develop Insurance Quotes

Make Sales Presentations

Meeting sales goals

Objection handling/Winbacks

Exceptional Customer Service

Requirements


Active P&C License; will train the right individual 

Basic Computer software knowledge

Excellent Written/Verbal communication skills

Strong negotiation skills

Professional phone etiquette

Excellent Relationship building skills

Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up
