Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies is Hiring a Customer service representative Near Phoenixville, PA

Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies (CWT) is a leading supplier of building envelope solutions that effectively drive energy efficiency and sustainability in commercial and residential applications.

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support the interaction with customers and Henry (A Carlisle Company) employees located in our Kimberton, PA office.

Essential Duties :

  • Contribute as a member of the Customer Service team by processing orders and responding to inquires in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Write and distribute accurate, clear and concise email correspondence to external customers and internal clients.
  • Obtain and assess all relevant information to determine validity and causes of complaints for timely resolution.
  • Ensure proper follow-up of customer inquiries and investigations.
  • Recommend improvements in processes, services and procedures to support the customer and Henry business.

Position Requirements :

  • Proven problem solving abilities and experience as Customer Service Representative.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and adapt to changes in accordance with the business needs.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Outlook, and Oracle JD Edwards.
  • Project management experience a plus.

Education and Experience :

  • At least 2-3 years of previous customer service experience is required.
  • High school diploma or the equivalent is also required; some college or post-secondary classes a plus.
  • Candidates must have strong written and oral communication skills.
