We are seeking a highly experienced and creative Sr. Interior Designer with at least ten years of work experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in luxury interior design, exceptional creative talent, and a proven track record of managing and delivering high-quality design projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop unique and innovative design concepts that cater to clients' needs and preferences, following their briefs and outlining project objectives.
2. Lead and coordinate the internal design team, providing guidance and mentorship to junior and intermediate designers.
3. Prepare and develop project documentation, including drawings, models, images, material, and mood boards, and collaborate with the design team as needed.
4. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
5. Source high-quality materials and products, integrating them seamlessly into the design plan.
6. Inspect completed projects to evaluate whether client goals have been met and to ensure adherence to established design standards.
7. Liaise with external design teams, associated organizations, and companies to facilitate smooth project execution.
8. Continuously seek professional development opportunities and maintain compliance with industry procedures and standards.
9. Contribute to the team's success and growth through proactive problem-solving, effective communication, and a commitment to lifelong learning.

Requirements:

1. Legally authorized to work in the US.
2. Ten years of work experience, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on luxury residential.
3. An industry-recognized diploma or degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture.
4. A comprehensive portfolio showcasing your creative and artistic design work.
5. Demonstrated project management experience and the ability to work well under pressure while meeting deadlines.
6. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and other tools for project development and documentation.
7. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.
8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
9. A team player with the ability to mentor junior designers and work collaboratively with team members at all levels.
