An established home care company is seeking a retired RN, Gerontologist, or Social worker for a full-time or part-time Case Manager position for a busy Inland Empire office.
Duties include:
- Manage staff of caregivers, home care aides, CNA's, HHA's, etc.
- Take intake calls from potential clients.
- Use scheduling software to match and place compatible caregivers/home care aides with
clients.
- Communicate with clients and caregivers/home care aides to ensure they work well
together.
- Make follow-up phone calls to both placed clients and client inquiries.
Skills Needed:
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Detailed and patient in a crisis
- Takes the initiative and follows through
- Able to problem solve
- Experience preferred but not necessary
- Able to be "on-call" some weekends and evenings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
