Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company services and policies
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating client information and maintaining records
- Assist with office management duties, such as ordering supplies and coordinating maintenance requests
- Act as a personal assistant to senior staff members, handling administrative tasks as assigned
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness before distribution
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Transcribe meeting minutes and distribute them to relevant parties
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Experience in data entry and maintaining electronic records
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach

- Previous experience in customer support or receptionist role is preferred
