• How long is the contract assignment? 13 weeks
• Schedule of assignment hours? M – F, 8am – 5pm and in rotation for weeks/weekends/holidays on call- about one week a month
• Will this candidate be visiting patients in care facilities or only in patient’s homes? Mostly home but a few ALFs
• What region are you in? Home health or Hospice? Mid Atlantic- Home Health
• How many miles per week will the consultant travel? Ranges from 50-150/day- can discuss different territories depending on contractors availability/location staying
• What are the weekly units of productivity expectations? Around 30
• What EMR systems will the consultant be using: HomeCare HomeBase, Oasis, Outlook
• Will there be any on call? If so, how much? Yes- in rotation with other RNs- currently falling about every 4 weeks- 1 week on call from Monday-Monday. Will be on call week nights after hours (rarely has visits) then on weekends- usually our Baylor will do admissions so sometimes its only for PRNs and sometimes there will be scheduled visits/starts
• Do you want the candidate to have home health experience? Preferred but open to options
• Must have Missouri Nursing License and a clean motor vehicle background
