CareStaff Partners is partnering with a well-respected School District in Bedford, NH that is looking for a highly motivated and passionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract position. Registered Nurse (RN) Position Details:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Hours: Full-Time (35 hours per week)
• Contract Duration: 8/26/24 - 6/13/25
• Pay Rate: $43-$46 based on experience

Job Duties: We are seeking a RN to be 1:1 with a rising 7th grade female student who will be 12 in August. The RN provides support throughout the day with activities of daily living, toileting, feeding, monitoring of seizure activity, administration of medication as needed, riding transportation to/from school with student to monitor health, and supporting her access to her education.
The student diagnoses are: Severe Bilateral Cystic Periventricular Leukomalacia, Cerebral Palsy, Refractory Epilepsy, Esotropia, Strabismus, Dysphagia, Cortical visual impairment, Plagiocephaly, Preemie (born 31 weeks-twin), Developmental Delay, Sinus Arrhythmia, Asthma and Constipation. She has an Individualized Health Plan and Seizure Action Plan. She has a G-tube for nutrition and hydration. She continues to eat and drink by mouth and requires her liquids thickened to a nectar consistency due to her dysphagia.
