CareRev is Hiring a Remote Talent Acquisition Coordinator

This Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator position isn’t just any typical position. This is a role that will provide you with foundational knowledge to accelerate your career as a Talent Acquisition professional! What You’ll Do:

  • Support our internal recruiters by creating requisitions, posting positions, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, submitting and monitoring background checks
  • Manage the full onboarding process for new hires
  • Track employee referrals to ensure our employees receive their rewards
  • Provide operational and administrative support for our team to include stock options tracking, reporting and auditing as needed
  • Assist with department and company projects as project lead or project team member
  • Cross train future TA Coordinators as well as team members on all aspects of the role
  • Contribute feedback and ideas to provide a BEST IN CLASS recruiting function from attraction through onboarding 
  • BRING YOUR AWESOMENESS to a fun, high energy team 

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1-3 years of Talent Acquisition and/or HR support experience
  • Self-motivation and team-centric mindset
  • Creative thinking skills will make you successful
  • Passion and drive for continuous learning and improvement 
  • Experience with Greenhouse or other Recruiting/HR technologies
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities
  • The bottom line- we want our Coordinator to bring some different experience and skills that will help us innovate and become even more awesome!
