Responsibilities:

As our Home Health Aide, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing hands-on care to clients in their homes following a predetermined care plan.
• Assisting clients with daily tasks such as personal grooming, meal preparation, and home cleaning.
• Ensuring medication and dietary schedule are followed accurately.
• Monitoring clients’ medical conditions and reporting any changes or suspicious conditions to the supervising nurse or the family members.
• Providing emotional support and promoting clients' mental health by facilitating participation in stimulating activities like games, walks, and outings.
• Assisting with physical exercises under the guidance of a physical therapist.
• Ensuring a safe, secure and positive environment for the clients by maintaining a clean and sanitary living area.
• Accompanying clients to appointments and social events as required.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Basic knowledge of common elderly health conditions like Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and Diabetes.
• Ability to work independently and display strong problem-solving skills.
• Highly commendable communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful nature.
• Must have a valid driver's license and own transportation.
• 18 years old and above
