Job Functions:

  • Providing direct patient care under the guidance of registered nurses.
  • Assisting patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding).
  • Carrying out collection and testing of patient specimens as directed.
  • Regularly monitoring patient vital signs and reporting any unusual observations.
  • Performing routine checks and recording patient health status.
  • Aiding in the administration of medication as prescribed by the health practitioner.
  • Participating in patient education and rehabilitation programs.
  • Maintaining patients’ dignity and confidentiality at all times.
